Axes in Excess proudly presents a modern private residence bungalow facade designed with a strong balance of architectural aesthetics, functionality, and low-maintenance performance. This contemporary residential facade combines three signature facade systems to create a bold yet refined exterior identity. The primary highlight of this project is our custom-designed 3D Panel – TriGrid DiamondFormation system. This facade element uses a combination of flat geometric panels and deep 3D box modules arranged in a carefully planned random sequence. Nearly 70% of the overall facade is covered with these aluminium 3D panels, creating a dynamic architectural surface with varying depths, shadows, and visual movement. The random placement of positive and flat forms gives the residence a modern parametric facade appearance while maintaining a clean and premium architectural language. All panels are finished with exterior-grade powder coating for long-term durability and weather resistance. The second major element used in this bungalow facade is our Architectural Louvers – Aero Foil 125 system. These vertically installed elliptical aluminium louvers are designed for effective solar shading and ventilation control. The aerodynamic aerofoil profile helps reduce direct sunlight penetration while still allowing natural airflow into the residence. Their vertical orientation enhances the facade proportions and adds a sleek contemporary architectural character to the elevation. To complete the overall facade composition, we integrated Solid Cassette Panels across all facade ceiling areas. These precision-finished aluminium ceiling panels provide a seamless and elegant architectural finish, enhancing the premium look of the exterior spaces while maintaining durability and low maintenance requirements. This project represents a perfect combination of modern architecture, parametric facade design, aluminium cladding innovation, solar shading performance, and elegant residential aesthetics. The entire facade system is engineered to deliver long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance, making it ideal for contemporary luxury homes and modern bungalow architecture.
